After my mother’s death 3 years ago, I fell into a depression and rapidly began to experience physical symptoms as well… headaches, TMJ pain, back, hip, neck pain and sleeping difficulty. My mind and body were telling me that I was not able, I was not competent, I was not strong, to not even try. This didn’t fit with who I have always believed myself to be. Something was off. It was during this time that I began to work with Kat Samworth as my Health Coach. Kat helped me identify a vision for my life and break it down into do-able steps. Now I have resumed kayaking. I feel comfortable and competent on a sailboat again. I am not shying away from trying/doing things anymore. Many of my physical symptoms have lessened. I know I am able!! I recently changed my job to one that challenges my skill set and found that it was absolutely the right thing for me to do! I am so grateful to Kat for helping me find myself again!

I would highly recommend Kat at Dream For Your Life for Health Coaching and for Dreamwork. During my time with Kat, she was able to guide me towards developing the right goals for myself as well as motivating me to achieve them on a weekly basis. In addition she helped me to see the wisdom that my dreams had to offer me. Kat helped me to move forward on my path with an amazing balance of benevolence and professionalism.

Q: What can I expect in an initial coaching session?

Before the initial session, you will be asked to fill out an intake form. We will use the intake form as a place to help you focus on your priorities and to begin to set a course for your direction. You will be given support to create a vision for moving forward with your life. Next, you will be guided to create long term (3 months) and short term (1 – 2 weeks) goals to support your vision.
