And from that vision, your goals and action steps will naturally emerge. Dream For Your Life Health Coaching is based on the belief that the best way to make healthy, lasting change is to find ways to tap into your own amazing inner wisdom and resources.

After my mother’s death 3 years ago, I fell into a depression and rapidly began to experience physical symptoms as well… headaches, TMJ pain, back, hip, neck pain and sleeping difficulty. My mind and body were telling me that I was not able, I was not competent, I was not strong, to not even try. This didn’t fit with who I have always believed myself to be. Something was off. It was during this time that I began to work with Kat Samworth as my health coach. Kat helped me identify a vision for my life and break it down into do-able steps. Now I have resumed kayaking. I feel comfortable and competent on a sailboat again. I am not shying away from trying/doing things anymore. Many of my physical symptoms have lessened. I know I am able!! I recently changed my job to one that challenges my skill set and found that it was absolutely the right thing for me to do! I am so grateful to Kat for helping me find myself again!
